Everyone seems to be trying money today in any way they can but sometimes you can make the mistake of saving a small amount which can result in big costs in future that could have been avoided. A typical example would be someone who tries to save money by not getting an oil change for their car when they are supposed to only to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs later on that wouldn’t have been needed if the car had been serviced properly. The same is true for expensive purchases like commercial or multi-family buildings. By trying to save a few hundred dollars and not getting a proper commercial building inspection, a commercial buidling buyer could find themselves with many thousands of dollars of unexpected and unplanned for repairs at some point in the next five years. Don’t flush big dollars down the toilet in the future by trying to saving pennies today.
